THE PLAN
In order to reach your goals you need a plan. Our 28 day challenge includes:
4 Workouts per Week 2 of which will be HIIT cardio to optimise weight loss and the other 2 will be resistance to help tone and build strength. The workouts are circuits so that you can just do once if you are pushed for time or repeat as many times as you like to fit it into your daily routine. The HIIT workouts are designed to burn more calories in less time. You won’t need any equipment apart from a resistance band. You can get these from Decathlon or Amazon (Meglio is a good quality brand). Apart from this you will just be using your body weight or everyday household objects.
Warm Up and Post Workout Stretching Guide It’s so important to make sure you warm up and cool down and stretch to ensure you don’t get injured and lets face it, everyone loves a good stretch and relax at the end of a workout.
Weekly Meal Planner Healthy eating made easy. Delicious, simple and quick meals to fit into your busy life. You will have options so that you can customise to your own preference. The plans have been specially designed by a Nutritional Therapist to give you balanced nutrition helping you to lose weight whilst being super easy to follow. Vegan and Vegetarian Options are included.
ACCOUNTABILITY
It’s one thing to say you’re going to stick to an exercise and healthy eating routine—and another to actually do it.
Printable Weekly Planners You are more likely to succeed if you are organised. These weekly schedules will enable you to plan what you will eat each week, at what times and when you will do your workouts.
Weight and measurement tracking It’s totally up to you but if you wish to you can input your weight and measurements at the beginning of the challenge on a file on facebook. It’s always so rewarding and motivating to see how much weight or inches you have lost.

Disclaimer
Permission to engage in aerobic and / or anaerobic conditioning. The purpose of this exercise programme is to improve general fitness and nutritional intake. The success of the plan will depend on a person’s commitment to following the recommendations and their own lifestyle choices. Every individual is also different in terms of size, weight and metabolism. Therefore, no guarantee can be given as to the level of success achieved by individuals following the plan.
Exercise may include aerobic activities, resistance exercises using bands and body weight and weights to improve muscular strength and endurance and flexibility exercises to improve joint range of motion. In particular exercises will focus on strengthening the core, back and pelvic floor. Nutritional advice will include meal plans and other ad hoc tips and advice.
Mama Mojo Fitness and Tanya Walker Nutrition strongly recommends that you consult with your GP before beginning any exercise or nutritional programme if you feel you have any pre-existing conditions. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

This programme is not specifically designed for pregnant women, and you must not sign up to the plan if you are pregnant. If you have recently had a baby, you confirm that you have had a recent physical check-up including my 6-8-week post-natal check and have my physician’s.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All materials supplied or shared with you during the 28 Day Summer Body Kick Start Plan or before or after the programme are the property of Mama Mojo Fitness and Tanya Walker Nutrition, and must not be shared, copied or distributed in any way.
Payment and Term
The programme is provided for a period of 28 days from the 29thApril 2019. All fees for provision of the 28 Day Summer Body Kick Start Plan are payable up front.
Subsequent services
At the end of 28-day plan, Mama Mojo Fitness and Tanya Walker Nutritionmay offer a future service in relation to fitness and nutrition. Any such future services offered by Mama Mojo Fitness and Tanya Walker Nutritionwill be provided on the same terms and conditions as set out above.
